TETIANA TRETIAKOVA

Resident of CUTOUT COLLAGE ART PROJECT: March 2024 - Today

Art Manager of CUTOUT

 

Born in 1988 in Kharkiv, Ukraine, currently located in Warsaw, Poland. She graduated from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, foreign languages department. 

 

Since 2018, she attends “Art Studio at Sumskaya Street”, where she studied painting from the artist and co-founder of the art school, Ganna Trubitsyna. In 2023, Dasha Bilenko, art curator and co-founder of ART BOT,  Bohemian Art Corner, ART NAVIGATOR ACADEMY, became her mentor and guide to the world of art. In June 2023, Tetiana attends author's course on collage held by collagist and co-founder of CUTOUT COLLAGE, Kate Syta. In 2024, she starts learning digital collage taking private classes from Ukrainian modern artist, Taras Haida.

Additionally, Tetiana is studying at online courses from such institutions like MoMA, the Guggenheim Museum in New York, and The National Gallery in London. 

In 2023, her team won in art-hackathon organized by ART NAVIGATOR ACADEMY. As a result, there was an exhibition in Kyiv, “BOUNDARIES”.

 

In 2024,  she participated in social project dedicated to protection of Ukrainian women in Poland who suffer from violence. Within this project a number of sketches for murals were created which are currently waiting for an approval from the local government. Her exhibition history started in 2023.

ARTWORKS

My artistic endeavors focus on the exploration of emotions and feelings.

I raise questions about self-identification and self-expression, dive into the theme of femininity, and translate my reflections into a visual language.
