ARTWORKS
Hi - I'm Lera, photographer and collage artist.
Thanks to these tools, I can continue to follow and observe both myself and my surroundings. It can be both the artificial creation of a situation, and living in the moment or memories, or reactions to the outside world. Everything I do is me. Every day, the attitude towards the same situation changes or on the contrary is strengthened with the help of mass media, social networks, connections and knowledge. This is my observation since the age of 18, when I learned what war is from my own experience.
Mental development gives me inner support and a sense of choice - it is my strength not to enter into arguments, both with myself and with others. But my works, in contrast, can enter into such disputes. Thanks to color, composition, accents and cultural code - I can awaken the viewer's secret chests and start a dialogue with them without words. Creating collages generates a new perspective on ordinary things around and within us.
My goal is to explore myself through art and dialogue with people.
